Avoid this place at all costs They ruined my brand new Tiffany and Co bracelet! All I asked for was two links to be added and they removed two links. When I picked up my bracelet and saw the two links removed the lady Melissa said of I thought you wanted two links REMOVED clearly she does not pay attention to her customers request. She said that they will put the links back in. I asked for a refund since they did not do what I asked them to do she was rude and said "well we did work to it". I'm like what you did not do what I asked they never refund me back the money I paid. After I left I noticed my floating heart was dented and it was not like that when I took it to them so I called them and told them about the dent and the very rude man asked me " what do you want me to do" I told him I want him to fix it and he said NO you don't like my work so I'm not going to fix it. Good enough because you couldn't do a simple thing like add two links and now your unprofessionalism,and rudeness I wouldn't even take a gumball ring to this place nothing but a bunch of crooks! They had a bracelet we brought in for repair over 3 months and never touched it. After a month of waiting and not hearing anything we went in to check and see how things were going and were told that it would be done that same week. Then we never heard anything and time got away from us so we went back in today- over 3 months later and they first couldn’t find it and then after they did finally find it they hadn’t even touched it yet! It was still in the bag, broken. Awesome experience with jewels by Eduardo twice now! This time my finger started swelling the night before Easter and I started to lose feeling in my finger so my husband had to cut off my wedding rings! Took it in to get fixed, resized, and have a diamond replaced on Tuesday morning. Wednesday evening I got a call that my ring was ready! It looks brand new!
