I’m usually a 3 strike person. However, I’m going to forgo a third strike with this place. 1st time order was messed up was when it was ordered for a specific time (due to the Mrs. getting home from work late) they showed up with the food and didn’t see it was for later. The delivery driver is a good kid, apologized, and said “we’ll make it right and redo the order, that’s on us.”. Which was pretty cool of him to do after I said that I’d take it anyway. Easy mistake. When the order was delivered at the right time, you could see the whole order, pizza, wings, and bread bites, had been sitting under a heat lamp the whole time. Cheese was all rubbery, wings were super soggy, bread bites were stiff. As well as none of the ranches or garlic sauce that I paid for were delivered. Was pissed but I don’t typically complain and it was just time to eat.
2nd time was tonight. Ordered, buffalo chicken pizza with X sauce and jalapeños. Opened pizza, no jalepenos. Ordered cinnamon sticks, 2 pieces of chocolate cake, stuffed bread bites. No garlic sauce with bread bites, again. No ranches, again. SOOOOOOO I called. Asked for the Manager. Told her what happened, she says, “best I can do is put you down for a free 2 liter.”. Not a single time was there a “our apologies”, “sorry”, or he** even a “my bad” is acceptable at this point. Just straight to a lack luster response with a zero Fs given attitude. Which is why you are receiving a review.
#1… best you can do is fix the order entirely and make it right. YOU messed up, FIX it.
#2… I wasn’t looking for anything free, I’m looking for a “sorry, man, we messed that up.”… I am a pretty reasonable dude.
#3… when you advertise a service, execute that service. If you can’t provide the service you advertise don’t advertise it.
Lastly. The delivery driver is a good kid. He’s been up here to deliver pretty much every time. Super respectful and even will say thank you for the tip! (Which is def crazy to hear nowadays) I always tip the 20% on the order and usually kick him down a little extra cause I’m always a little paranoid about online order tipping. Maybe you ought to have your delivery driver switch roles with the “manager”. Not going to order from here anymore. Hate to say it but Dominoes from here on out is how it’s gonna go. Good luck in the...
Read moreWhat a let down. After reading reviews I had pretty mediocre expectations and those were too high. We spent 1 hour and 40 minutes here, it took 50 minutes from the time of order to when our food was ready an additional 5-10 minutes to get someone's attention, while standing at the counter to get the order fixed and then the time to re-cook the food.
The sandwich was supposed to be ham and cheese only but was covered in mayo, lettuce, and tomato. The bread is nicely textured and toasted well but they put a liquid butter on the inside of the bread before putting toppings on and that butter just soaks in and turns the inside to mush in spots that it pools. It would be a lot better to brush the outside or maybe brush it on evenly instead of using a squirt bottle on the inside
The boneless wings had so little sauce that you couldn't even see it on the wings, it looked like it was the bottom of the container and none wanted to fill it, as the small amount of sauce that was in the box was very thin and yellow like it had seperated. By the time I got to get the sandwich fixed and request more sauce the chick Len was like warm and not very enjoyable.
The pizza has a lot of potential but the execution is lack-luster. The crust is very good, the sauce is pretty bland and very lightly applied, the cheese is ok, the pepperoni has good flavor but is few and far between.
They were out of ice for the drinks and we're apparently having to buy it a bag at a time as the delivery drivers were coming and going.
The young lady at the register was very friendly and professional but the entire staff looked like they were moving in slow motion. A manager on duty that is able to instill a sense of urgency would go a LONG way, there is a lot of potential here but some adjustments in execution is desperately needed.
On a side note, being an open kitchen, where everyone can see what the employees are doing, glove use and/or frequent hand washing would be well received from a customer...
Read moreWe ordered the large salad & wicked meat pizza and added tomato, mushroom, & spinach. We order from the Sattler business regularly. Today was a poor experience in terms of quality, accuracy, and service. I attempted to resolve this directly with them, but they did not want to speak to me. I called four times. Each time I was put on hold as soon as phone was answered for over 15 minutes each time then they hung up on me. After second attempt I asked not to be put on hold due to two previous issues. Guy said "OK, one sec" and put me on hold again. Once I called the fourth time I got their voice mail. I started to leave a message with the issues and I was disconnected. I thought I might have run out of time and called to finish message. After saying my name and starting to leave message I was hung up on again. Since they don't want to talk I'll leave message here.
Pizza Besides pepperoni, all ingredients were piled in center of pizza. Tomatoes only on half of pizza A few shards of mushrooms bits in center pile. Spinach missing No sauce - cheese stuck to entire crust
Salad Only had dark, tough, outer leaves. Missing peppers, and tomatoes Scant flakes of cheese
Not what I expect from this place. We ordered a month ago and it was good, order correct, delivery directly from WGP, and service was polite. If you were having a bad night- take a break, but don't take it out on customers. Do better....
