My experience with this was horrible!!!! I feel like my time was wasted completely....I was given a price on PAPER of how much I would be charged...owner compared prices to ANOTHER car stereo place and then once my car was in Bay he decided to jack the price up on me....I guess I was suppose to just pull more money out of a magic hat...Im a single mom taking care of my two children so I have to budget my expenses...I was pretty much told after I was given a certain price on PAPER to come up with the rest of the money or come get my car....my last system they did wont stop cutting off...I was told by another car stereo place its because they use really cheap wiring kits that will start doing that after awhile....So not only will I not spend another dollar at this place but Im going to tell EVERYONE I know in the area not to either....including my car...

Called early on a Monday to have a head unit installed in a '03 Ranger. Dropped it off at noon, picked it up at four. Excellent service, great price and very friendly.

Update: 1/7/16 ---The head unit they installed quit working after a few days, I followed up for repair and was willing to pay. Was told they are too busy to trouble shoot and to try a different...

Bought the auto car starter on Groupon for $99. Called to schedule, no answer so left message. No one called back. Called back over three days later, was busy, was told that my model car required a $150 security charge. Guy was a total scumbag, said I could call Groupon if I want a refund and hung up. Bobby Ray...come...
