I went to this store yesterday as a returning customer. I spoke with a nice man with glasses and purchased a glass piece.

Once I got home, I realized it was a dab rig, not a water pipe.

I went back today, and explained my mistake. The Arab looking man, "Ali" (refused to give his last name, I had to fight him for even his first) challenged me, essentially calling me a liar. I had to explain how I physically could not have used the dab rig since I did not have concentrate, a blow torch, etc.

He agreed to switch out the piece and have me pay the difference. He said the piece I wanted was $52, I paid $21, so I would pay $31.

At the register, he rang me up for $35.50. I argued that this wasn't what we agreed upon.

"Ali" argued right back, refusing to yield any ground HE TWICE INSINUATED I HAVE NO MONEY and said he'd pay for me. When I said, after this, it was the least he could do . . . he rung me up for $33.16.

I finally just left. This is unbelievable. I don't believe a word of what this man said and will return until I get a...

Customer service here is excellent, especially compared to the other smoke shop in town. They carry very unique and fun pieces, as well as your basics - all priced more than reasonably. We stopped in and browsed the shop for 30 or 40 minutes. The clerk was very patient and attentive with us as we asked him to show us many pieces requiring him to climb up and down a step stool many many times. Smiled the whole way thru. Picked this biggy up for 60 bucks. Definitely stop down and peep their selection and chat up the clerks....
