Absolutely the worst online retail company I have ever dealt with.
I ordered an item that showed in stock, to arrive with 2 days shipping, and they notified me the day it was to arrive that it was on back-order and would be 3 weeks later.
When I called again to check status, the initial customer service rep was great but the supervisor proceeded to:
SO in summary rude overcharges/overpromises completely uncaring of customer unreliable to order from
And btw I found the same item on Amazon the next day for the same overall cost, even with shipping. So NEVER WILL EVER TRY...
Read moreTLDR - They sell GE but GE fulfills. This is ok if everything works but their inventory systems don't sync and promised inaccurate delivery dates. They also charge your credit card 3 months before delivery.
Ordered a GE appliance in Sept 2020 that was marked in stock with an expected delivery only weeks out. They changed my order to Feb although their system still said in-stock. I ordered a different model that said it would be delivered in 2 weeks, same thing. Ultimately both GE and Wayfair admitted to know of the issues for over 2 months and the problem still persists. I then decided I would just wait until Feb, until they marked the order as shipped. I was excited that it was going to be received before expected. Wrong... They marked it as shipped, but confirmed it was not, charged my credit card (3 months before planned shipment/delivery) and can't figure out how to refund without cancelling my order and then they can't...
Read moreI order an $300 fan in which I still Hadn’t received, it’s been 16 days. Each time I contact customer service the blame rests somewhere else.
I asked for a replacement in which they cant do. I asked for a refund in which they cant do, based on a 6 day rule.
They finally started the process of refunding my money ONLY after I demanded to speak to a manager. The Manager did finally START THE PROCESS of refunding my money, but told me once it arrived to keep the item or donate. Based on Wayfair’s commitment to me, I committed to donate.
Later to only learn the package had been redirected back to their warehouse. That’s a dirty tactic and inappropriate thing to do.
As of today, I still have NOT RECEIVED my refund
This company does not support their sale or make any effort to make a customer happy. I have never in my years of ordering from an online business have I ever had this experience.
