I've not been able to find a milk container from Guida that's not leaking in months. Is there not one employee there that has noticed that the capping mechanism is not working properly. I am doing my best to get Stop & Shop to stop sell Guida products. Just look in the coolers at S&S there's always milk leading from Guida products. Clearly they are not well managed. It's pasteurized but not ultra-pasteurized, and yes, if you don't use it within a week it will spoil--that's why it is so good, no additives and no "cooked" taste from ultra-pasteurizing. Guida's cream is thick and luscious and makes an enormous difference when making anything from ice cream to sauces to simple whipped cream.
