I've sent reviews before about our mailman on bond street mailman on bond is holding my mail again yes he friends with a neighbor who is against me in courts alfred p. Mayo mailman goes over talks to mr.mayo for hours not leaving my mail mailman either giving my mail to mayo or opening keep its lots of time my mail comes open taped up please talk to mailman from bond st it's ridiculous how our mailman is and mr.mayo is an evil neghibor I had to go to hra just to get my application for energy assistance they sent out 3 times I haven't received them cause of mailman on bond street...... TO A MANGER PLEASE I KEEP ASKING FRPLEASE STOP LEAVING MAIL IN MY MAILBOX FROM ALFRED P. If I could give them no stars I would !!!! They are TERRIBLE from their customer service to their lack of deliver !!! There’s always one to two people working the from & they take their sweet time for everything. I was told via tracking number I should get my package by the 5th, looking at the tracking my package was left there EARLY MORING on the 4th they didn’t scan it into their system until almost closing time that day. Checked the tracking midday the 5th and it was still at the post office. I went in to pick it up around 4:45 was in line for 15 minutes only for the lady to tell me that she could not give me my package & when I asked why she said “I just can’t, you have to wait till they deliver it tomorrow. To avoid making a show in front of my god daughter I just walked out. It’s now the 6th I check tracking again AND IT WAS STILL AT THE POST OFFICE. I again go in this time at 3, and that lady said it was delivered, I showed her the tracking information & she said “ I don’t know what to tell you, that must be wrong.” I leave yet again with out my package. I call in and after being on hold for an hour the lady tells me it’s there 🙃. I told her if she can please hold it in the front that I will be there in 10 minute. After waiting in line for 20 minutes I finally got...

I would give them ZERO stars if I could. Carriers refuse to come up the stairs to ring the bell to my apartment when we have packages coming. Then when we call we get told that they cannot force employees to climb stairs in to deliver packages. Even though it is written on the REQUIREMENTS for the job on the USPS website that carriers need to be able to climb stairs and carry up to 75lbs. We also get told that it is not their problem that we're not receiving packages when promised. I understand that there can be delays. When the delay at their end because they won't make an effort to deliver, then it is their problem.

I know that some of you are saying, "Well they may have made an attempt to deliver while you were not home." My answer is this: my husband is obsessive about tracking our packages, we've had other package handlers (Lasership/FedEx) leave packages on top of the outdoor mailbox to get ruined by the weather or stolen. He always makes sure that when we have items 'out for delivery' SOMEONE is ALWAYS HOME.

USPS is the ONLY place that I know of where employees do not have to preform their job duties and the only consequences are to the consumer. Straighten up your act USPS, and start getting some RELIABLE carriers who actually want to...
