I had Very bad experience here with one of the employee who works here. Im open to say name because this type of experience i had for the first time in my life. her name is Yuvi.. here how my exp was: im a regular customer to michaels here in new britain, One of my friend came 1 hour before me to buy some big clay box. She was offered from one of the employee 40% discount. She told me there was some sale going on. So after 1 hour i came for the same clay, i asked yuvi, if there is any discount going on, she is like if you want you have to show the coupon, if not , If you dont want the item, i will take it back. She was so rude. Im ok if she says atleast there is no sale, or atleast if she helps me in finding the coupon online when i was searching, instead she was very rude to me. I think because im an asian. I knew there was a coupon in website, but inwas unable to find it, because she was in rush. After i left, she was saying to another customer behind me about me. I heard that. I was like so much pissed of at that time. The store is pretty well stocked and have a huge selection of merchandise, so much so, that it can be overwhelming. Free WiFi as well with email sign-up.
They have an area for special programs for activities on many different hobbies. I've never been in one or tried but it seems nice enough to know they have one available.
