Newington Tower Apartments — Local services in New Britain

I was visiting someone in this building. I parked in the visitors parking lot near the gated parking for those who live there. I went out to pick up a medicine prescription for the resident I was visiting, came back and parked in the same spot, I felt lucky since that area was full. Came down an hour + later to go to the ER and my car was stolen. There is no cameras facing this area because the property management may think since they call themselves “LUXURY” then no one will do anything to this property, honestly I find it insulting not to care. So beware of parking in the visitor parking. There is no security for visitors or residents in these areas. Where the white car is In the picture that’s where my car was stolen from. The huge bush there is better than security cameras. No help from the person inside at night either( hey it’s not his fault the Property management has him there for a reason without security cameras outside), since there is no cameras then it’s all on you. Becareful people don’t let the word “Luxury” fool you when...

I’m moving out soon so I wanted to write a review. these apartments are great and the layout couldn’t be better considering if you have a roommate, y’all have your own bathroom, same size bed room, and not to mention your own heating and AC system. Katie is amazing and I can’t thank her for enough for all the things she did for me while I lived here. Maintenance people are great and super friendly. I never saw a single bug or spider the entire time I lived here, which is crazy, Lol. Only ever needed maintenance to do very very basic things. I will say it is starting to get a little bit pricey, but everything is Unfortunately. This is in a great area of new britain, it’s super quiet in the apartments even if you have upstairs neighbors, and even though there’s students living here, it’s not a party building by any means. Okay, I could not afford to live here but the property is spectacular (my Mother's word!). We went to look for my first apartment since graduating college and finally getting a job! This place is great for young professionals. They have what they call controlled access entry. Everyone has to use a fob to get into the building or be buzzed in. Two elevators, mail in the lobby, Wow, sounds like I remember what the sales girl told us! But anyway, they have a fitness center, a really cool media room, laundry facilities, oh and a roof deck. All sorts of stuff I would have loved to have used! And they are obviously redoing the apartments as none of the apartments I saw had nasty carpet. They were mostly new carpets, they had new granite countertops and new appliances. I just couldn't believe this building was in New Britain! Anyone looking...
