I haven’t got my hair cut professionally in almost 5 years because I usually feel like it’s just too expensive to be worth the hassle and not be thrilled with the results… NOT the case here. I booked with Allegra after reading some good reviews about her (and everyone that works here!) and man I could have just given her a hug at the end!! She was so patient and kind and gracious and she asked specific questions to help me figure out exactly what I wanted, and then she talked me through the entire process and checked in with me throughout to make sure she wasn’t cutting too much off and was fulfilling the vision. She even took the extra time to go back and trim my bangs some more when she could tell I wasn’t over the moon at first. She made me feel so comfortable and had such clear and kind communication. Honestly I don’t think I’ve ever been this happy with a haircut because I usually don’t feel comfortable enough to speak up 😅 but Allegra made me feel right at home. I have super fine hair which can be hard to cut sometimes but she nailed it!! I’m so happy with how it came out my hair has so much movement and layers now im so excited! The salon itself is also lovely; it’s bright, clean, spacious and quiet. And the sinks they wash your hair in have a really wide edge so it doesn’t hurt your neck at all! Didn’t even know that was possible. Overall I am just elated with my experience and I will definitely be back. Pricing is very reasonable as well, I paid less than $100 for a full haircut and bang trim and wash. Thank you Allegra and top level staff for such a top level...

They provided the most beautiful hair and makeup for myself and all the ladies who got ready with me which was 14 people total! Top Level Salon was amazing and Cayla was extremely kind and easy to work with from the beginning. She was available to answer all my questions and was very organized in providing information. On the day of, the team was punctual, organized, and kept us all on schedule! They were accommodating for bridesmaids requests and Cayla and Elise did my bridal makeup and hair exactly as requested! This is my regular place for haircuts so I booked their services for my wedding ceremony and they did an amazing job. Anaisa did hair and Khayla did makeup, for me, my maid of honor, and my mom. We all have very different hair and skin types and completely different styles, and I didn't have a standard bridal party look in mind. Anaisa and Khayla stepped up with their creativity and artistry so that we all looked and felt so beautiful on my special day. They even cultivated a fun and stress-free environment for us at the salon.

Anaisa curled my stubbornly straight hair so well that it lasted through the extreme heat and humidity while still looking gorgeous.
