We have been going to Polumbo’s for years. They have cleaned my wedding rings and have always been the go-to place for a Valentine’s Day or “just because” special necklace. The minute you walk inside you are treated like family. Particularly of note is their full-service capacity. My daughter’s have taken a liking to Tiffany’s charms. However, Tiffany’s does shoddy engraving work. Even the hand-engraving disappoints. My husband suggested using Polumbo’s to engrave and they are the ONLY place that I trust to do an excellent engraving job. Truly a master skill and craft of a jeweler. I think it speaks volumes of the traditional skill and touch of this business that I trust them the most to do engravings (even over the very manufacturers of Tiffany’s).

I have also purchased my children’s First Holy Communion crosses from Polumbo’s. They have the highest quality around.

I was also surprised to see a beautiful selection of silver hoop earrings. One I purchased, while picking-up my engraving.

Polumbo's Jewelers are a wonderful place to shop for your jewelry needs. I've had my watches adjusted to size many times, I've taken several of them there for adjusting (sizing). If I needed more adjusting to my watches, it's at no cost. My friend has purchased a couple of necklaces and is very pleased with them. I just purchased a necklace here as well and I was floored by the price. Both, Fred and Dana are very pleasant and customer service is very attentive, knowledgeable. If you are looking for superior customer service you will find it at Palumbo Jewelers. Kind, courteous and very patient. Although my family has purchased there in the past, I just stopped in hoping they could fix a clasp on a bracelet that Kay Jewelers in the mall said would take 10 days. Not only did Palumbos take care of my repair immediately but they didn't see the need to charge me since We were past customers and in their opinion it was just a "Minor repair".
