Recently, the washer we purchased from Redmond’s a few years ago needed a repair. Unfortunately, the transmission went and discovered an issue with the agitator as well. In addition, we had a small issue with our dryer, purchased from another manufacturer, and thought combining both repairs in one visit would be beneficial. Both machines are now up and running and I am delighted.

All I can say is you can buy parts anywhere But once you put foot into that store and you see the people who work there who care, They answer your questions and help you along with your own repair you can't ask for more. From a long time mom and pop store And when you feel the atmosphere in there and the warmth and understanding that people really care you realize that you will build a lasting relationship And by the way if you can't do your own repairs such that I can, they will be able to complete a great servicing to all your appliance needs. We were SO relieved to have found Redmonds Appliance Repair online! One call to Redmond was all it took to repair our broken washing machine. The gentleman who answered my call was polite and promptly scheduled a repair time for next day. Bruce arrived when stated he would and promptly diagnosed the problem. He also had the repair part on his truck and made the repair within the hour! We had called another company the previous day who stated they would have to order the part, wasnt sure when it would arrive or when they could come back to install and charged $75.00 for the estimate- AWFUL !!!!!!
