Mr Subs — Restaurant in North Brunswick Township

-5 stars!! So much for taking care of your mistake. 2 weeks ago, give or take, I called in my order over the phone. When I picked up my order and took it home we were shy one of the two sandwiches that I ordered. I called and they apologized but told them I could not come back. I was told to just remind him next time and "he will take care of it because I am always here". So today I called and reminded him that they owe me a sandwich while I was calling in my order. I was put on hold and told I need to talk to the boss. The young lady in charge told me no and said I should have come back that day. Explained to her the whole story again. I hung up annoyed. Since I went to the post office 2 doors down I decided to go in anyway. The boss lady did not want to hear and gave me attitude. "I'm here everyday", and looking both ways to her coworkers who said nothing she added, " so I'm not giving you a free sandwich". With that I stormed out saying I don't want a free sandwich I just want what I paid for. They ripped me off. So much for trusting a business that I visited 1-2 times a month. Never again, I'll starve first before they get another...

Let me open by saying I don't eat meat or cheese, but a fellow employee was going there and thought - What the heck?! It's just a salad sub, why not! - So I ordered a "salad sub" and got lettuce on bread with oil and vinegar. Why would the menu say that "all sandwiches are garnished with lettuce, tomato, onion, oil & vinegar, salt, pepper and oregano. (mayo & hot relish available upon request)" if they do not come with those items??? I was hoping to see tomato and onions, but nope, just oily lettuce.The bread was fresh and soft on the upside, but I was rather disappointed with the whole thing.

UPDATE** Have gone back in there since and they are very friendly and very accommodating. The salad subs are so much better now, you just have to be specific on what you want. Don't be afraid, tell them what you want on...

My wife and I recently held a small family and friends event at a local first aid hall. When we couldn’t decide on where to order the food from, Mr Subs popped up in our Google search. Beyond the food being the freshest and most delicious sandwiches and sides we’ve ever had, the service was impeccable. This started from the owner making sure my wife and I had everything we needed from start to finish and ended with the servers going above and beyond to ensure the freshness and temperature of the food to be perfect. The hall and the music were both phenomenal, but EVERYONE who attended our party raved about how delicious the food was. If there was a 6 star rating, Mr Subs would be getting it. Unfortunately, l can only give 5. I will definitely be catering from Mr Subs for all of my future...
