They're very nice and knowledgeable... until they get your money. I had no problem with the sales people or the delivery guys (hence the 2 stars instead of 1). However, when my stackable laundry unit died after only a year and 8 months, I had many problems with the repair guy(wouldn't return my calls, cancelled at the last minute, claimed he called but my phone shows no such calls and/or messages) and the manager who claimed he wanted me to be satisfied but didn't want to do anything to resolve the situation except charge me another $350 (full price of repair). Whoever wrote good things about them must be people that knows them. Because I bought this furniture from them two weeks ago and they still haven't set up my furniture's yet. They left everything in the box and said they was coming and never came back. When I tried to call them they didnt answer my calls, now my house look like jugs. We just paid off our account with them for a dryer we purchased a year ago. They delivery men were super to work with and the financing was easy breezy. No interest due to getting it paid within 12 months. The dryer works wonderfully. We are now going back to look at living room furniture. I see us using Andy's furniture a lot...
