Diva is unprofessional. She asked to reschedule the time of my haircut appointment because she got home later than expected the night before and didn’t want to wake her son up early and me being understanding I agreed. I wasn’t able to do the time she asked for so we had to reschedule for a different day. She also asked for a $65 deposit which turns out to be the price of the whole service. Never have I once had a hairdresser or anyone at all ask for the whole payment upfront it’s always 10-20% of the service. The day before the 2nd appointment made, she asked AGAIN if I can come at a different time, trying to work with her schedule I yet again agreed. Fast forward to the day of the appointment I arrived to the salon and it was locked. She contacted me through dm 2 hours prior of the appointment time stating that it would be at her house rather than the salon. I didn’t get a chance to see the message up until I arrived to the salon. If she wanted to change the location to her home she should’ve mentioned that the day before when she messaged me regarding the change of appointment time. I asked for a refund because I’m honestly fed up with all the last minute changes when it was really an inconvenience for me. She hasn’t responded to the message since.
