What a amazing experience coming here has been for my family!!! I can't brag about them enough!!! I don't know about any other locations but I promise you I won't be going to any other jeweler again. I went in to get my baby girls ashes pendent repaired. They are the only local company that doesn't send out their repairs. With it being ashes I would not allow it to be shipped out somewhere. I was very emotional letting my pendent go, but the Ladies there were so wonderful. They were so understanding and such a comfort. They let me try on all the jewels, even though they knew I wasn't going to buy anything. They weren't able to repair my pendent but they apologize profusely. Didn't make me pay for having them look at it or anything. I've been back 6 times and not. a. Single. Time, have we ever been pushed into buying something. They truly feel like friends. We really enjoy going to see everyone who works there. Of course our favorite lady is Jill MGregor. She has helped us so very much and we look forward to getting to see her when we go in. Went to New Haven store, sooo nice!! Smaller version, quieter n peaceful there, I love it!! N JILL is AMAZING!! 🤩 She’s super patient, knowledgeable, n isn’t pushy at all!! She was sooo helpful today in choosing a Pandora bracelet AND couple charms of course, for my daughter❣️ As I was walking up to register w/JILL, I spotted an accessory bag for this type of bracelet and all charms to come if she wanted to change it out. Well, JILL informed me that was a special deal w/a bracelet that had certain charms all ready w/it. BUT…she says, I’ll b right back w/something you might like…came back w/a beautiful jewelry ‘bag’ that my girl can put her other jewelry in, use it for traveling and definitely keep her PANDORA safe n clean!!! Peter Franklin has been in my hometown forever. I have moved to Los Angeles, traveled all over the world, but anytime i need something special done, I go here. I will literally hang on to something until I go home so they can do it.

The jewelry they have in store is great and beautiful, but where I really appreciate them is their custom work. When my father died, my mom and I took his wedding ring in and had them split it in half so we could each wear it. When I got back from an amazing trip to the Middle East, I had them set a stone I had purchase over there. When I bought a cool, industrial looking necklace in Iceland that I just wanted to trick out a little bit, I asked them to attach a pearl and a non- standard cut stone to it that added a slightly more feminine accent without losing the edge.
