The cashier Idk her name but she was a white lady with red hair and when I got to the checkout she pulled out a book of so called coupons and said I would save this and that and she started scanning stuff and also said I would get free tools to choose from. (Some trash tools in a cardboard box) Right when I left I came directly back in the building and questioned her about the $29.99 charge that was the 1st thing on my receipt and she gave me some big story of lies I then talked to the supervisor very kind guy he told me it was a nonrefundable membership. I told him she failed to tell me that. After being at that store going into 1 and half hours he made several calls and refunded my money. I love this store so much for its wide selections of tools and its great prices to go along with that . They have hardware for your house,your car,lighting fixtures and painting, and even small power tools for DIY projects which will save you double money. You wont have to hire someone and hassle them to get the job done when you can just purchase the materials from Harbor Freight and do it yourself. Also, they always have sales on almost everything you can dream of and they have clearanced items too. I even bought an electric fly/bug zapper and it was just under 5 bucks.
