Mattress Firm Shops at New Iberia — Hotel in New Iberia

The store was very clean and had a good selection of mattresses. Our salesperson, Kasha was very helpful and professional. However, when it came to us checking out then the problem began. I believe that a salesperson should have equipment that works well at all times for the customer and employees. No one should have such problems as we experienced. The card machine did not work, I didn’t have a check so my husband had to go to the bank and get cash. The computer program would not accept the price of my mattress so we were charged the wrong amount and we would have to get a credit on my card (Kasha was able to use my card finally). That part of the experience was difficult for everyone. I felt very bad for Kasha but she was very professional and tried her hardest to right the situation. It was not her fault and we were patient thank goodness for that. I would recommend that you have all your equipment in working order and your computer programs updated. I went to Mattress Firm needing to purchase a new mattress because my current mattress did not give enough support for my lower back resulting in back pain. Jason, who works for Mattress Firm’s New Iberia, LA location was extremely helpful when I explained what I needed, the first mattress he showed me was the PressureSmart by Beautyrest. As soon as I laid down on this mattress my back pain was not as bad. I could tell that this was the mattress for me. Mr. Jason Wiles is what you would call a professional businessman. He was very knowledgeable. Jason also listened well and understood my disability and what kind of mattress was best suitable to make me as comfortable as I could be. Sales is my background experience, so me being a great sales person, I know within the 1st 3 minutes of speaking with Mr. Wiles, I knew is was going to sell me the mattress I needed and must have for confort and durability.
