The only reason it gets 4 stars is because it's the closest New Orleans Original to me without driving over an hour! The place was okay, not overly festive. Crappy music blaring through the speakers. We weren't even acknowledged at first. Not a "How's it going" or anything when we walked in. She was definitely playing attention to ther 2 separate groups of guys though. We almost turned around and walked back out...but my favorite daiquiri is Mardi Gras Mash and you can only get it there. After finally ordering, even though she interrupted us in the middle of our order to assure the other guys she hadn't forgotten about them, and getting our drinks... they were on the watery side. That's gross. It was supposedly during their Happy Hour, on a Friday night. You'd think their machines could be nice and slushy by then. Oh well, we took our Med, Large, and Gallon to go. They definitely need to have more than 1 employee working both the inside and drive through...

Informed her I was a 1st time visitor and asked questions and she breathed hard EVERYTIME!! Asked about various flavors and she threw a book down in front of me and told me to "read it." There is a sign on the wall stating Happy Hour Monday-Friday from 4-8 and she said, "that ain't true!" It was absolutely ridiculous how we were treated.
