
Cancelled my membership a year ago but they kept charging me. When I finally got the manager on the phone he told me they'd refund my yearly membership fee but 2 weeks later had to call again. When I did finally get my money back it was 3 weeks afterwards and the wrong amount. I filed a complaint with the FCC and found that Planet fitness is one of the worst companies with customer service. The FCC is investigating the company for the very same issues I'm having. Not cancelling accounts when requested by customers and failing to process refunds to millions of people. I'm hoping they'll add me to their suit!
