I just wanted a TIP card an easy process right one step closer to getting your driver license? No lady needed my mother's divorce papers to "prove ownership". What am I a dog? Give her the papers "these aren't the documents I need". What else am I supposed to give?? I gave birth certificate that has her signature, SSN, and my mothers license. What else?? This isn't a TIP card for my mother it's a TIP card for me. Not only wouldn't she tell me what to bring in besides all that she was very rude wasted 30 minutes of my time. Glad she didn't accept me because rather not waist my money on a ridiculous place. If you need a better place go to I recommend breaux bridge or Abbeville I know it's a long drive but it's easier and more friendly and doesn't need your parents divorce papers. They definitely do it for drama. Not saying all the workers are rude but I seen three of them turn away people with all the documents they needed. One lady was good however and I hope she can either move jobs or get more people like her. And what's worse is the documents I gave her were the same that my brother gave before and they accepted him. I didn't give any attitude towards the woman either I was very nice and friendly because I work in customer service I know how people are. But the way she treated me and my mother were...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThey need a more efficient process, out of 3 different DMVs this was the worse in all categories, establishment, process, time, and staff Iād rate it a zero! I never speak rude to people I am always kind and one worker told me what we needed to do to get my daughters license and she didnāt say it understandable so I asked a different way she looks at me in the meanest face and just repeats herself like I heard you the first time she didnāt have to be so rude so I just killed her with kindness and smiled and said oh ok thank you knowing I still didnāt get what she was saying so I called a different dmv with same rules and got the answer I needed on first ask and she was so nice and sweet but it wasnāt this dmv! They must not read the reviews because they arenāt doing jack about changing things! Maybe we need to call BBB instead and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy main problems with this establishment are not the interior workings, but the external conundrums. The staff inside is a bit... shall we say mostly emotionless, but as efficient as a DMV might be, though I only go during the early morning. Plenty of seating as far as I can tell. Unfortunately, it's parking lot is lacking majorly. I find it unkept and ill-maintained, as many of the lines are faded now. Additionally, the lack of proper signage makes finding it a hastle, even if you know where you are going. If these problems are fixed (maybe with just a single can of paint), it would make trips here more bearable, as I wouldn't waste time passing by it six times before realizing it's that off white building and not the other seven on this side...
