HORRIBLE service in pharmacy. I left a voicemail (as you CAN'T get anyone directly) to see if they had the medication i needed because, Walgreens was out of stock, and NEVER received a call back. A couple of months later I had to call them again as Walgreens and every other local pharmacy I called, was out of stock with the syringes I need to take my insulin. The lady who returned my call and left me a voicemail seemed pleasant, but when I called back a different lady answered and sounded as if I was inconveniencing her with my call. Then treated me like I was some drug addict trying to get the syringes, after i told them i have a prescription for them but that walgreens was out of stock.i told her that someone else called and told me the syringes were in stock. She had to check for herself, so she put me on hold. Then she came back asking me how many units i take as if to see if i was lying. She asked me where i usually get my medication from but again with a tone like im lying. I told her again, I have a prescription and at first she told me they don't do transfers, and for me to bring in my insulin for them to look at it (to make sure im diabetic). But I told her my medicaid pays for them which is why I have a prescription and she put me on hold again. She finally came back and said they would do the transfer and took down my information, told me it would be a few hours and they would text me when its ready (still with an attitude). then before i could say thank you (as i have manners) she hung up. She was very rude. Had they not been the only ones with the syringes in town i wouldn't...
Read moreThe pharmacy closes at 9:00. If u walk in with a prescription to fill at 6:00, they tell u they dont have time to do it today that u will have to come back the following day. I even offered to wait for it, she said they dont do that. Huh?!? 3 hrs is not enough time to fill a medication, really? Dont think you will call before u go just to make sure your not wasting your time, because you wont be given the option to speak with anyone there, you will have to leave a voicemail and hope they...
Read morePicked up some prescriptions at the CVS on Parkview at N Lewis Street pharmacy, and wish I'd gotten the name of the young lady who waited on me. Very cheerful, pleasant - AND she gathered my somewhat numerous prescriptions in nothing flat and couldn't have been more pleasant about it all. Truly wish I had thought to ask her name to give her...
