Dollar Stop Plus Party Seasonal Gift & Decor — Local services in New Lenox

Recently came in for a custom order, brought my own balloons- was asked to come back at a later time to talk to someone else to see if they could do a standing balloon tower which was inconvenient- originally wanting to do 2- 8 balloon bouquets & 2 smaller ones with 5 with all balloons i provided my total was just shy of $100 & i was super surprised considering its called dollar stop. Was expecting around $25-30 tops & the whole interaction regarding me not wanting to spend that much was pretty uncomfortable, understand it’s a business but i just didn’t want to spend that much. So I decided to just do the standing tower with # on top in primary colors & when my husband came home with the balloons they were not any of the colors we agreed on & had a ton of white in it also, when i explained it was a colorful party. Kind of felt like they didn’t follow my vision because I wasn’t willing to pay the $95 total. Not sure what happened but was pretty disappointed. Still paid $20 for my custom order & it looked good just wasn’t any colors that matched the overall theme we talked about in store & didn’t really go with the rest of the balloons i ended up doing myself after I was told in store i would spend more doing it myself when it ended up being $0. Dollar Stop is one of the best stores in the New Lenox area. I’ve been coming here since I was a little kid. They are great at doing balloon orders, they always have helium and a big selection of balloons. There is a whole section for party stuff such as table clothes, plates, napkins, bags, bows, wrapping paper, cards, and so much more! There’s also household stuff as well as a seasonal section of the store. The owners and other workers are great, and very knowledgeable!
