STEER CLEAR OF THIS LOCATION! I WILL TELL YOU WHY!

This is an edit to my original review). i placed an online order for a breakfast deal: 2 croissant MEALS (including drinks & hash browns). the young lady working drive thru & counter was very nice and made the experience totally worth it but i CANNOT say the same about her manager or restaurant manager, whoever she is. i wish i had gotten her name but she has gray hair and is clearly a manager of some level. first, i didn’t even receive my hash browns until i looked & confronted her. then she saw she messed up and fixed it. then, i asked for BBQ sauce with my hash browns and was told it was $0.25. do not be easily convinced to pay extra for a sauce that should come for free with your side, whether that’s O-Rings, Fries or Hash browns! as a former BK employee, i don’t know why she would try to charge me something that should be FREE! don’t fall for this and let them take more money, even if it’s 25 cents. the restaurant manager should know better & should not be trying to essentially scam customers. while she was doing all of this, she was also telling the girl who was working the counter & drive thru about drive through times. maybe get more people to help out with times instead of trying to push ONE employee to do everything you aren’t doing or simply help her more!

i left the above review 4 months ago (as of 11/26/24) and i have tried to give this place a handful of chances to do better. i have changed the star ranks since then. every time since then, they have tried to charge me extra for sauces that should come with my food. they must’ve seen my review because they ended up putting up a paper in the window stating how many sauces for each thing. the list was ridiculous because why give out 1 sauce (ex: BBQ) for a small onion rings or fries but not a small hash brown? why give out ketchup for free for fries but i can’t get a BBQ sauce for my hash browns or fries? why do i have to pay a quarter or two when others get their sauce for free? i added photos from todays visit. i ordered 2 honey mustard wraps with no tomato and an 8 PC cheesy tot after struggling to order because the employee couldn’t hear then kept interrupting every time we tried to clear it up. she tried to charge us for the ranch we ordered for the tots but couldn’t understand the 5-6 times we stated the ranch was for the 8PC tot. i only received 6 tots because “2” were insanely old nuggets! i took 1 small bite of the nugget and it tasted horrible. as a former BK employee, don’t keep dead food out & especially serve to customers. so i ate 1 wrap, tasted perfect & as it should be served. i checked the other one.. the photos are provided. last i knew, these wraps were a chicken patty cut in half, which makes 2 wraps. why is this.. about a quarter of the size of which it should be? on top of it, it was nothing but sauce. i love honey mustard but why do i have to milk my wrap because there is so much of it? i hope the employees got off on this because this location is an absolute joke & nightmare! i would STEER CLEAR of this location! the RM isn’t nice any time i’ve experienced her as well. it’s a complete nightmare & that’s to put it insanely nicely. i am furious because i have so many questions (and i do need answers at this point) because i couldn’t even eat half of my food...

Horrible!!! I ordered one spicy chicken sandwich with cheese, no Mayo, add ketchup, add mustard, add pickles. Simple....well I guess not so much.

I pull out, attempt to check my food; and the wrapper is covered in MAYO! I’ve been at work since 6:30am and haven’t ate athing, I was so hungry I was willing to over look that. I open my sandwich to see a LOAD of KETCHUP and LOAD of MUSTARD over flowing out my sandwich (no exaggeration)😤. I return to the drive through, a very young male attempted to argue with me as if my order was prepared correctly, because he assumed he was rang up right. I explained to them, my order is very wrong, and secondly the appearance of my sandwich is unacceptable! A young lady attempted to help but I honestly was over it. I requested the manager (Mary) apologizes and states “I’m trying to manage a bunch of 16 yr olds” (ooookay that didn’t make it better) she requested for me to pull up for a new sandwich. I wait about 6 minutes. A young lady brings it out. Foolish of me, I didn’t check it right away. Got almost home and guess what!!! THE ORDER IS WRONG. 🤦🏽‍♀️ All I wanted was a spicy chicken sandwich no Mayo, add onion, add ketchup add mustard add pickles add cheese (yes I still wanted the tomato the regular stuff that comes on it) I specifically said put everything on it just add cheese ketchup pickles mustard and onion. (Bun was cold too) There won’t be a next time I tell you. I will definitely be reporting my experience. You have to do better. 1st and last at this location. There’s more to it, (I called in, a Latin women who answered, accent was so thick I gave up, didn’t even feel like talking to her) She also needs training on how to properly answer a BUSINESS PHONE, it is not; ummm Hello.... instead try this➡️➡️ “Thank you for calling BK this is Laura speaking how can I help you” that simple greeting would of made my horrible experience a...

First off the line was super long inside and drive-thru. On top of that the lady taking orders on the inside was very rude and snappy. Upon waking into restaurant I noticed her being very rude and unprofessional to an elderly gentleman. I ordered a #1 with cheese and bacon and no onions. She kept cutting me off while trying to give my order. So of course my order was wrong because she didn't ring me up for the bacon. When I pointed it out to her, she responded with well bacon is 60 more cents. I responded with that's fine I still want no matter the cost. Then I asked for ketchup when she handed me my bag, she said its over there on the counter. I responded no it's not that's why I'm asking you. She then said hold on. I stood there and waited for her to take 2 more orders before she then came over grab a bin of ketchup walked past me and put the ketchup 10 feet away on the counter by the beverage stand and said your ketchup is over there. Like you walked past me and couldn't hand me ketchup on your way to the other counter. I will never go back to this Burger King again. To make things worse my food was super cold less then 5min...
