Only good experience was with my salesperson. Other than that, Delivery experience was horrible, waited 3 to 4 weeks for couches. you are given a window of time that the drivers are supposed to come in between, but that really doesn't mean anything, it's really an all day delivery. This is what I was told by the rude customer service woman. So the drivers showed up a half hour early and left because I wasn't there even though I said I would be there in 15 minutes. Customer service was rude. The manager of the New London Connecticut store, Jeff, said let's get my products to the house then we would talk about refunding my delivery fee, he was able to get me delivery before Thanksgiving but then said he would refund the delivery fee after my couches arrived, he decided he was only going to refund half of the delivery fee Once they were in my home. When my couch arrived, one of the cushions were dirty, and the sides of the couches were bulging in several places. The pull out sleeper, is not even sleepable, it's like sleeping on a hammock covered in 4-in foam. Then when I called customer service about the dirty couch cushion they said they couldn't send the replacement cover so they had to send a whole left facing love seat. When they came to deliver the left facing love seat they only gave me two cushions off the love seat and switched out my dirty cushion with the cushion from the new couch and put my dirty cushion on the new loveseat and put it back in the truck. This is probably how I got a dirty cushion in the first place because I imagine they're going to take it and try to resell it like that. First, we placed an order for an item they said was in stock only to be called and forced to change colors - which is fine, I understand with the current times that stock is limited. They had to change the pickup date so they offered free delivery and setup for the following week since I would no longer have my truck rental. I was very happy and excited!
On the delivery date, the man dropped off two boxes and then quickly left. He did not setup the bed but I was in the middle of working so I didn’t care too much since they delivered it for free anyways. HOWEVER when I looked at the boxes, it was the wrong stuff. We got half a bed and giant mirror that we did not order.
Then began the headaches. I CALLED EVERY NUMBER I COULD and nobody could help. “We’ll call you back in 30 minutes” “we have to email the delivery department they don’t have a phone number”. No one called back. I even called the driver since he had to call me when he arrived and he ignored me... how did he not notice he dropped off the wrong stuff?! Someone is clearly missing a mirror and I bet he dropped off the other pieces to the bed instead.
After 3 days of unsuccessfully reaching someone, I dug through my email to find a number that was sent to me when we first had the issue with the bed color. I called that and a lady finally began to help but the best she could do was schedule a delivery to swap the items in 2 weeks. We’ve been sleeping without a bed for almost a month now.

Showroom associates were very friendly and helpful. Ordered a $3800 sectional in November thinking it would be delivered in January and got delivered early. Couch is very comfortable and nice but low building quality. Should of known something would go wrong as soon as I told my coworkers I bought a couch from Bob’s, it seems they all have a negative experience with them. Unfortunately I am giving this entire company a 1 star review after my customer service ordeal I just went through. I put my arm on the armrest and the middle portion (which is apparently just foam and cardboard) broke and now there is a considerable dent in my brand new (less than 2 month old) $3800 couch. I reached out to the customer service number to either get the armrest repaired or replaced as that shouldn’t be something to break so easily or break so early on into the ownership of the couch. Service rep came out to look at the damage and said it had nothing to do with the build of the couch but how we used it “incorrectly”. I put my ARM on the ARMrest and it broke after having the couch for a month. Called customer service and they refuse to do anything.
