Looked at items and paid for them. Days before delivery, I cancelled one item. Was told I can only get store credit and not a refund. Delivery day comes and waiting was futile. They wouldn’t be bothered to call that it wasn’t happening. Next day, I came to pick up the items and one of them is missing. They have no idea where it was. Woman at the desk was friendly and explained that all proceeds go to the local homeless shelter as they’re a donation based shop.
Good if you’re looking for furniture items at a low price. Not much in the way of small household items when we were there, although we were lucky enough to grab a couple of vintage Pyrex bowls that matched a set we already own!
