Owner is out of his mind on card prices. He claimed a card was $63 on tcgplayer. I pulled up tcgplayer.com and showed him it lists over $10 less in the same condition than what he was claiming. Showed him evidence righ there to his face. He still tried lying about it. I'm not dumb or naive. It's very easy to find the market rate for specific cards in specific conditions. Idk why he felt the need to hold onto his lie even after I showed him. "Oh well thats just how i price it". Spend yall's money where you want, but this place will never get my business. This place has cameras. But, don't be fooled. The owner told me the cameras are there to protect him, the owner, not me, the customer. During a Ravensburger sanctioned Lorcana tournament another player stole over 150 cards from me. When I asked for thr footage to confirm or deny the thief, it was both unavailable, and didn't catch anything at the same time. I'm told now the cameras are fixed. And that the owner didn't steal them, so what is he supposed to do about it. Amazing shop, staff, and people. The shop is very nice and spacious for tournaments. The staff is amazing and usually plays alongside with you during tournaments. It feels like a family when we game- not super competitive. Good people all around and a good way to socialize. The staff does an amazing job helping you find what you need in their bulk behind the counter or displayed in binders or under glass.
