5/7/2019 Just rude. I was very excited when I was strolling Magazine street and saw the MF storefront. Upon entering, there were about 10 other customers inside and 3 salespeople. I wandered the store for about 10 minutes with ZERO recognition. I saw several things that I wanted to try and most likely buy, but I could not seem to get anybody to attend to me. There were two customers at a glass counter looking at two trays of rings with a sales person. I reached out (I did not have to move or bother anybody in anyway), and selected a ring to try on. When I put the ring back in the tray, the women said to me VERY coldly, "we will be with you shortly". Assuming I had committed some terrible faux pas, I backed away from the case and sauntered through the store looking at other cases and waiting for some form of acknowledgement. After another 10 minutes of being completely ignored, I left the store. Though apparently no one noticed as I said "thank you" and left. Unbelievable. As Julia Roberts said in "Pretty Woman", BIG mistake. BIG. HUGE. I spent my...
Read moreMy wife and I have only GOOD things to say about our experience at Mignon Faget! We have always shopped online with Mignon Faget but for my wife’s 50th Birthday we went to the store on Magazine St. and Mrs. Allyson Cabes and staff were extremely friendly and helpful!
I called the store to place an order for Christmas and Mrs. Cabes assisted me once more and remembered us both from visiting in October and gave me exactly what I needed and I received it promptly in 2 days! The pieces at Mignon Facet reflect the true New Orleans spirit, my wife loves her Red Bean bracelet and has started her collection of the Halo bracelets, which are so fun and simple. We also have the drinking glasses which are very beautiful and elegant!
We are excited to stop by again when we come to visit again in January! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Read moreMignon faget halo bracelets are garbage. Poor quality poor craftsmanship poor customer service. The wires come undone and poke your skin and snag clothing. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on this item! If I could give a “0” I would. I went into the store to ask about the quality and was told several different reasons. From how they should be taken off to frequency of use. Where they were purchased. Then was told that they are fragile and can not be worn everyday, can’t sleep in them, can not exchange after a year. They charge $35 to repair. I’ve already paid that twice on 5 different halo bracelets. I’ve never seen any like this. The bracelets literally come apart. Poor quality and craftsmanship. Customer service on magazine street is poor. MF should warranty their...
