Im the owner of a small brand, flabelus. The owner does not pay an invoice due to us since July 2024 and we have claimed it for several months now. She has the shoes at store and she is selling them. We are very sad for this situation and we really hope she finally paid. Its a lot of money and we wont be able to close our end of the year if she does not pay. We have sent her hundreds of emails and also spoken to her and nothing happens. Also we have offered her to pick up the shoes. But she does not let us pick them up. This is not a way to treat a small business and we trust that by reading this other small brands are warned not to do business here; its dangerous.

Due to the owner replying to our comment by stating that we have made up all the story to call the attention of new clients, we have no other choice that to upload all the pictures of our exchanges and also of the prove of the shoes in the store´s website (not paid but super discounted) so that to warn everyone about this kind of behavior. We are so sad this is the treatment we are getting and we hope the owner of the store finally pays us instead of lying about the purchase she made and...

If I could give this place 100 stars I would... it is one of the most unique clothing shops I have ever discovered in Nola. I will never come to town again without popping in. Her selection is unbelievable- so many different styles, shapes, and colors but beautifully refined. It's like browsing your fabulous friend's closet. And for the quality, her prices are excellent. I have ordered many things online from her and she always goes the extra mile to include a card and make sure it fits correctly, so accommodating, the definition of a Southern Lady.
