Dear Sir or Madam, I have the pleasure of using your store in the Lakeview area of the city. Today at 4:40pm I went into the store in Lakeview on Robert E Lee which is a frequent occurrence. After selecting the items as I do often on the way home from work, I went to the counter operated by Anne, she is a more mature lady with long black hair. This employee is polite courteous, efficient, and I have been tended to by this lady on numerous occasions, her professional and polite attentiveness is a regular occurrence. I have made myself reminders to contact the store to communicate this compliment to your management. I also called the store to back up this short report. These days we are too quick to criticize and complain and forget to compliment or recognize staff for doing their jobs with focus, and a degree of professionalism that I struggle to find. Never and I mean NEVER use their delivery service. My order was so completely screwed up and I was overcharged and given products that I didn’t order and charged a higher price. I spoke to 5 different employees. Tomorrow will be day 3 of waiting for “Mr Barry” apparently the only person that can issue a refund to call me back. But that’s ok. I mean it’s not important. It’s only food and people always order food from a grocery when they don’t need it. Thanks for dozen eggs that were 8.99 that I didn’t order but was charged for. Oh and the chicken that I was charged 10 dollars extra for!! I am disabled and the only way I can get groceries is by delivery. I’m also on a fixed income. Thanks so much Robert’s. As its name implies, this place has some great fresh food. Their salad bar, hot bar, and produce sections are always well stocked with fresh, good looking food. And I've still never been able to find another place that sells pre-cut butternut squash that isn't frozen.

Their meat and seafood selection is top notch as well. Some places just leave raw shrimp sitting out on melted ice for hours on end but not this place.

I would give them 4 stars for how pricy everything is, but when you compare it to somewhere like Rouses or Lakeview Grocery (where both are somewhat cheaper), Robért's quality is overall worth the difference. It's like choosing Whole Foods instead of your other grocery store because you know the...
