Smoothie King — Restaurant in New Orleans

This Smoothie King is the worst in New Orleans and potentially the state of Louisiana. I ordered a chocolate hulk with peanut butter, gut health and multivitamin as I have done at so many other stores through the app. I got there and the employee was clueless and had to search for my receipt, which was on the counter as two other employees wandered around clearly avoiding working. The employee hastily threw my smoothie together and stopped it and slammed the blender a few times on the counter before giving me the most disgusting smoothie ever.. It’s chunks of ice that taste like chocolate.. No peanut butter, no pecan ice cream as it is supposed to have.. YUCK! I had to rush to an appointment and am trying to choke down this disgusting mess because I had to fork over hard earned money for it. I decided I am not going to finish it.. Very rude young lady named Charlie was Very disrespectful. I phone ordered, with an estimated time of 12:23 was supposed to be ready. Went in and her and her coworker never even asked me what I needed. After standing there until 12:40, I finally asked if my order was ready. She wanted to see my phone for my receipt. Never had this happen before. While others were trying to be patient waiting for her to keep running to the register, doing nothing, she finally gave my drink to her coworker to give to me me at 12:50, making me late for my appointment at the doctor's. Unfriendly employees got to lighten up. Walked in Monday around 2:45. Bearded guy with a red bandanna on his head frowned at me and asked if he could take my order like he would rather be putting down his dog. Employee who checked me out didnt even say thank you.
