Metro by T-Mobile — Local services in New Philadelphia

Akash set me up with a new phone in minutes. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I never liked the store in New Philadelphia and had little confidence and trust in the person's that worked there before Akash but I always favored Metro By Teen Mobile over the rest. Akash made me feel comfortable answered all my questions and I found him to be trustworthy and to myself that just makes me love Metro By Teen Mobile all the more. I will let my family friends and anybody that would ask to give them a try I've been there for years left once for a deal and came right back and have been with them for several more years. I have always had great service including customer service with Metro byT- Mobile. I had once left there great service and went with Spectrum for 10 dollors cheaper. Realizing in just a short few months that I had made the worst mistake. I just wish they had cable and internet. There are no hidden fees or any other hidden surprises they forget to mention unlike Spectrum. When I came back to them they gave me a free phone ( a very nice phone an upgrade from what I had with Spectrum) , free activation and no contract. They can get away with no contract because people dnnt want to leave or if someone such as myself did leave they would most definitely come back and to open arms. Thank you Metro...

I had my phone for about a week the headphone jack went out on it they would not refund my money and make things right the phone was $150. Then I go to get my new phone they sent it back even though they told me to come in and get it and said that it was a different owner. then I proceeded to call them and whenever I would call them no one ever answered I called about two weeks straight. Six months later I finally get a hold of them they tell me your phone can't have no cracks it's been 6 months it's their fault not mine. so my phone has a crack they say call back in 10 minutes.
