Family Dollar — Local services in New Plymouth

I went into this store and was treated very poorly by the manager and an employee. Because I was buying gift cards and a birthday card and they told me i had to do 3 separate traction so I did and then on the last one they told me I had to buy another item because they can't duplicate the transaction. And when I said this is how you told me to do it they said we have to do what cooperate says. And we're very rude and aggressive to me. The store is a mess. I couldn't even get to the items I specifically came in for because the u boats were lined up all over the store where you couldn't even get through as 1 person let alone if you had a cart. This store really need some improvement. On the employees and the cleanliness and placement of things I spent 30 minutes with an employee trying to find tape because everything was a mess. This isn't acceptable. If things don't change I won't shop there i will drive 20 mins to the next town. I believe the employees names were Olivia...

Im happy to have this place in town, and near my house. I was excited to see it get built. Once they put the double signs up for dollar tree and family dollar I was like OOOOhhhh dang! So Im expecting at the time that it would be like a half and half store, right? One part Family Dollar, one part dollar store. It. Is. Not. Now I might have been weirdly naive to think otherwise, but the whole thing is just a mish mash of both stores. Thats my only complaint. I live in a small town and love having a Family Dollar/Dollar Tree here. If you watch their ads and use smart coupons you can get a lot of stuff for the same price as the bigger stores. My biggest compliant isn’t just about this store it’s about all Family Dollar and Dollar Tree locations. The majority of my the time when I go into either store there is freight stacked in the aisles that hasn’t been put away and it blocks stuff you might want get to. Other than that I...
