I love family fresh but the past two times I have ordered from they're bakery or deli I have been disappointed. First time I ordered a cake for the gender reveal party of my first child, it was a manager that took my order and I showed him the card with the gender looking away telling him to write it down cause I cannot know being the mom. He obviously didn't write it down because the next day I received a phone call from the bakery asking me about frosting colors basically telling me what I was having completely wrecking the surprise for me. Went in after work and spoke to the employee and manager who were nice enough to give me a discount on the cake. The second time I ordered a meat and cheese tray about a week and a half in advance so they'd be sure to have it ready I told them I'd pick it up on Sunday at 11 as it was for a baby shower, go in to pick it up the employee says she has no idea what I'm talking about finally she goes looks at the papers with the orders and says it's there but has not been made and she has no idea how to make one and the deli manager is gone. I tell her I ordered it about week ago and need it by noon. Finally another deli employee comes back who does know how do trays and says it'll be done in half hour. All bakery employees and deli employees should do they're orders correctly and on time, and be trained to do...
Read moreI purchased Dean's French onion dip tonight from this store and got home to find out it is completely rotten and not good even though the expiration date on it is May 15, 2016. I called and asked if I could please come exchange it since I was just there 10 minutes prior and considering the circumstances. Even though I would arrive only 1 minute after they were supposed close I was told that I was not allowed to exchange it until the next day even though I was using for my dinner tonight. All because the child that was working told me at 10:55 that he was already locking the door and clocked out... They don't close until 11. That is not supposed to happen! There is no reason the employee couldn't have waited 2 minutes after to close to exchange it even though I have always worked in customer service and know that you never get out of the store right at the time it you close because of all the closing that needs to be done and if a customer walks in right on the dot of closing or calls with something like that, you wait to resolve the solution! I'm so frustrated and I promise I will never shop here over Walmart again. Haha, Family...

The second box was fine and I would like to point out that we have purchased many boxes of this wine over the past couple years and I know what it should taste like. I took it back with the receipt and spoke to Abby and she said it’s Dick’s policy not to refund any alcohol purchases and refused to refund or exchange it.
