My doctor was going to prescribe me a creme for 2 weeks that my health plan does not cover. Called Walgreens pharmacy to see if a generic or OTC medicine was available. Got female that answered, told her what I needed, she said I would need a prescription to get a price. I told her that it showed on line at $127, so I ask what her price was,she again said I can't tell you without a prescription,I gave her the name of medicine, she said what is your birthday,I said I don't have a prescription,so they do you need my birthday, just tell me if they make a generic or an OTC,she said " I don't have time to fool with this ", then hung up on me. Called back got different pharmacist, ask her, she said it's $238,no generic available, why the 1st rep wouldn't tell me I have no ideal. The insurance company said they were running it wrong and told me what that needed to do to fix it. I called them back and they fixed it. I told them I would be there the next day to pick it up. When I went to pick it up at the drive thru they said there was a glitch in their system and that I needed to drive to the back of the line. I went inside instead. They were frantically checking all the prescription bins looking for the script. They then told me it was never filled. I had received many calls and text messages stating it was filled and ready. So they lied to me several times then the girl at the drive thru said, “I was too stupid to understand what a glitch was and that I was the problem not them.” Switching prescriptions...
