Reset Games — Local services in New Tazewell

I have been shopping here ever since they came to this town. The 1-Star review is a complete lie. This place is extremely clean and well cared for, I have never seen cockroaches in the establishment. The store is very vocal about not accepting returns, you can easily get it switched for a game of a similar price however within 7 days of the original purchase and they let you know that upfront, so that’s the other reviewers own ignorance. They offer free disc refurbishes if it has been purchased there.

As for what they sell, they have a huge variety of games old and new and are sold for extremely affordable prices. I have never seen an overpriced game in this store so idk what the other person is talking about. They also have a great selection of DVDs, consoles, and gaming accessories, and even some cool figures and merchandise from time to time.

The owner and his employees are great workers and this store is always open, whether it be holiday (the owner himself works those, he doesn’t make his employees do that) or bad weather conditions, and I applaud that. This place is a godsend for this area considering until it’s arrival, we had no place within a 30 minute drive that specialized in...

So first of all. They have roaches literally everywhere. The owner makes each and everyone watch his dog, which he keeps in the store constantly. None of his employees know how to properly treat a system. For cash trade the owner and everyone else who works there goes on ebay and half's the store credit then halfs the store credit for their cash trade. They have a terrible selection as well. I shopped at this magical place about nine years ago and loved everything about it. Are you guys still open and selling GameCube games? I will gladly make a trip to my hometown two hours away if so.
