Not at all pleased with this company. They came into our area (rural) without any warning - no mail, phone, literature left on our door, etc. They drove bulldozers across my property, cut into my burm and tore it us (don't know how we are going to even mow this now). Damaged several trees in the process which are now going to die not to mention all the trees they damaged coming up the entire hill that will probably fall down this year or the next so the county will have to incur the expense of remofing them. They cut thru my driveway completely acrossed it and about 3 foot wide so its now a muddy mess every time it rains. They drove heavy equipment across our well head several times (multiple passes) so we are anticipating damage there - New Ulm we hope you are going to pay for this!!! We took pictures of everything to file with the state attorney. No one in our neighborhood asked for or wanted this. To have them in our area with complete disregard for people or property and to now think they are going to mount something on my house that is UNWANTED is just despicable. Do NOT do business with these people!!! My property is marked No Trespassing! I do NOT WANT you anywhere near my property or house. If you do not stop we WILL SUE! I called them at that time and was informed over the phone I already have direct billing so this won't affect me. While, on the billing statement it shows the "one time" fee of $2.68. At the same time, I talked to them of our poor/slow internet service sometime. I explained to them that this has been off and on for the last six months. This person I was speaking to careless and blame on my equipment. I had a complain again and that's when they told me they know how poor my services out here. I had to explain to them how unfair it is to pay the high speed internet but only getting slow speed most of the time.    Read moreHorrible wifi and no solutions to our issues. We currently have the top tier wifi and it only works on the bottom level of our house, not the 2nd story. Our explanation was that it is a stucco house.... well our neighbors xfinity signal comes through stronger than our own so that excuse is a crock. We ordered a wifi extender for upstairs, they came and installed. After over an hour and a half realized it was the wrong extender and left it until they could get a correct one. Never called back, never came to put in the correct one. We were billed for the month that we had it and the installation which litterally was nothing but a waste of time. Had to call and fight to have them take it back and remove the charge from our bill. We can only have 2 devices streaming at a time and if a 3rd tries it won't load, but again have the top tier which is supposed to work with much more than that.
