The best AAA service ever. I needed emergency service and Kevin the tech arrived ready to resolve my issue. It's been over 10 weeks since alt side parking has been suspended in Brooklyn, and I came out to move my car to find my battery dead. Auto stores are in mayhem, and it was 9pm on a Sunday night. What to do? Take the ticket? No way...just call AAA. Being a AAA plus member for over 30 years has it's perks. One being, battery installation with no charge for labor. The battery was $130+tax at AutoZone, and I would have to also bring back the core for further discount. It was only $154+tax to have it installed, right then and there. In comes Kevin, a top tech with the company. Checked voltage and alternator to be sure it was just the battery. He had the exact battery model my car needed and then he quickly installed it in a Brooklyn minute. Service personal besides health care also should get an applaud every night at 7pm. Food and postal delivery persons, along with all service personal should be thanked as well. My car started right up and I moved it with no problems whatsoever. If you need service, call thus service company and ask for Kevin. Great attitude and followed all NYC Covid19 rules as well. Face mask, distancing, etc. Great experience overall. I highly recommend Kevin and this auto towing service for all your problems you may face with your vehicle.

It was raining and he was smiling!! He even went above and beyond to give our tire air. Wow I will pay for AAA for the rest of my life and I will tell all my friends to do so too

By far THE worst interaction I’ve ever had with a “service person”. The tow truck driver, GARTH had a disgusting attitude from jump. He pulled up to the wrong address and sat there while on the phone. When I was waving him down to let him know that my car was a block behind him, he immediately got defensive and began speaking very condescendingly. He wouldn’t get out of his truck while speaking with me. Constant eye rolling, sucking his teeth. He spoke to me as if i were to know the logistics of his job. I honestly didn’t feel comfortable leaving the car with him after this...
