This place has a good vibe. I stopped calling for awhile because of the phone mannerisms can be abrupt & unprofessional,just called for delivery, because I miss the Pizza good sauce Advice never let that young kid answer the phone to take delivery order. conversation went this way. " Hello Bella donna pizza how can I help you?" "Yes I would like to place an order for delivery please." "Is a pick up or a delivery ?" Stunned I'm speechless I reply excuse me ? I ordered a special through the Slice app and as it went past the time my order was about to come, I started looking at the reviews of the Slice app. They weren’t good so I called Bella Donna and the owner was extremely nice and apologetic. Turns out, if you order from Slice, you get their drivers and they are in no hurry. The order does come within minutes of my call but the driver doesn’t bring the soda. He says this is all they gave me. Why didn’t he check the order to make sure it was accurate? He didn’t so I called the owner again. The owner personally drove the sodas to my house and asked me to order directly from him. Great customer service. And the food was great too.
