Panera Bread — Restaurant in New York

I will never go to this location again after hours. The service is horrible. I ordered a coffee and bagel. The order instructed me to get a cup and prepare my coffee while I waited for my bagel to be prepared. There were no cups so I went to the window to request one. Unfortunately, the window was behind the counter that didn't have a server. So when I stepped around to request a cup a server behind the window rudely pointed to the register and asked me "what is that?" I replied "a register". She then said "don't go behind there". I replied "that is not how you talk to your customers. You should say, I'm sorry there isn't a representative to help you, please do not go behind the register. How may I help you?" The server ignored my advice and repeated. "Don't go behind there". How RUDE and unprofessional. At this point another server joined us and inquired what was happening? I explained the circumstances and he politely apologized but didn't confront the rude server on their lack of professionalism. That said, I will NEVER go to this location after...

Everything was going good until they gave me the wrong sandwich(for heaven sacks label your damn sandwich, after making it). Ordered a steak mozzarella, got black Forrest ham, mountain of lettuce, banana pepper, and 1 piece of something that looks like salami(Toasted Italianio, was ok) mainly could only taste the lettuce, the ham was so little, and the rest just disappeared into the lettuce. The ciabatta cheese steak was delicious with caramelized onions, sweet peppers, and cheese. the ciabatta cheese steak was labeled egg sandwich.🙄😮‍💨😒 Their paper straws is useless, can't even reach the bottom of your cup.I tried removing the straw to keep the integrity, didn't work. It still collapsed in the drink.(grab 2 - 3 straws of you want to finish your drink). That's not coffee, that's unlimited milk tea. Sadly, They didn't have lemon, so couldn't make lemon ice tea. Unlimited green tea.

Got smoked house bbq chicken sandwich, I don't recommend it. Not good BBQ sauce, little onions, tasted a little...

Hi guys, having another Panera Bread nearer Ridgewood, NY is more convenience, but only for offloading deliveries for Maspeth, Glendale, and Brownville, and the towns around this place. Also, I heard that this branch can attract 10% more of all registered users to use Panera Bread app. It is not to let us to take advantage of buying free fountain drinks with your Unlimited Sip subscription, but is mainly best for deliveries, since we have analyzed the restaurant surveys that To-Go is the trend over Eat-in, although there are no signs here that says To-Go that must be placed somewhere around this restaurant. Also, i saw someone complaining mainly about the size of the food. This restaurant i believe is segemented with faster deliverys/carry-outs, not the people who wants...
