AAA Warehouse — Local services in New York

Today was such a disappointment. We ordered a few boxes of candy for our store on the 31st of october. We sold a few boxes, but wanted to return one SEALED UNOPENED box of candies. This is when they told us that because these were halloween candies, they wouldnt be able to grant us a return. However, these candies were simple fruit taffy. They were in no way shape or form "halloween" themed. Additionally, they have a 14 day return policy so it was even more of a shocker that they rejected us like that. It didnt end there. We then proceeded to ask if we could just exchange the candies for another item in the warehouse as we are a produce business and really had no use for the candy anymore. They also refused to allow this, and was extremely rude throughout the whole process. This has never happened before, and we dont know if it was a bad day, or an act of racial discrimination but we are highly disappointed and will not be using this place to purchase any of out stocks again.
