You can only choose narrow appointments if you want someone to come during the day during the week which excludes everyone who works aka most people. So then you're stuck with a "All day appointment." Which means I have now been waiting since 8am (it is now 6:30 so 10.5hrs) for someone to come just to turn on the gas in my new apartment with NO indication if anyone will even show. Terrible terrible terrible...

Horrible customer service, they tell you “there is no exact time” for the technician to arrive, but we can’t give our availability. The technician didn’t inform that I needed to call the company when he couldn’t access a store Closed downstairs, he said “I’ll be...

One of the gas guy Matthew does a great job. He found out that my gas is leaking even tho I don't smell it myself. And he checked the entire place throughoutly to make sure we are safe. Caring, friendly, professional, and has a nice sense of humor. Thank you...
