Had my first RF treatment here yesterday and I'm really happy with how it went. The place is clean and has a nice, relaxed vibe - not too fancy but comfortable. Aida did my RF treatment and she was fantastic. She knew exactly what she was doing and took time to walk me through everything. I felt at ease the whole time, and honestly, my skin does look better already - tighter and brighter than before. Daria at the front desk was really helpful too. She made booking easy and was genuinely friendly when I arrived. It's nice when the staff actually seem to care about making your visit pleasant. Overall, the whole team seems professional and experienced. I've also had couple of deep tissue massages with masseuse Elnur couple of months ago and it was heavenly. The salon strikes a good balance between being clinical enough that you trust their expertise, but warm enough that you actually want to be there.

This salon is my favorite place to go for laser hair removal. I moved to NYC this summer and was looking for a place where I can get a laser hair removal and have been a loyal customer since then. The environment is so nice, when you enter the salon you immediately feel relaxed. The staff is extremely nice, they make you feel very special. They asked me lots of questions if I have an allergy or if I was taking any medications to make sure the experience would be safe for me. Laser hair removal results are AMAZING. I'm very hair and had to shave everyday which was exhausting, now I got to laser removal once a month or once in two months and shave 1-2 times between the appointments. I also got a facial with them and let me tell you it was so satisfying. They removed all the dirt and blackheads on my face and I left the places so relaxed and clean. 10/10...
