This place is usually great for normal boquetes, no complains abt that. This is my first and last time ordering a box boquete from them though. I placed an order online for Box “Symphony”. On the website theres only ONE picture with ONE price (keep in mind). There is no other size option or pictures showing the various sizes (accurately). When the lady came out with my order i was a bit confused bc clearly the boquete is half the size and the flowers arent accurate either as the hydrangeas are different colors when in the order pic they are white. The carnations are a different color aswell. I am not complaining about the price. The lady at the counter told me that i chose the $109 MEDIUM BOX and it is accurate to the picture. Its the same set ,yes, BUT IT IS NOT THE SAME SIZE OR COLORS AS THE PICTURE, there was NO option to pick size either. I paid for what the picture was promoting and i did not receive that. i understand that theres always a price increase everywhere during the holiday. But this place needs to update their website ASAP before someone actually sues for false advertising. Read moreI recently had the misfortune of visiting Unique Flowers & Roses Shop, and I must say it was an incredibly disappointing experience. From the moment I stepped foot into the shop, it was evident that their services were far from satisfactory.
Firstly, the staff at Unique Flowers & Roses lacked any sense of professionalism or basic customer service skills. They were disinterested and inattentive, barely acknowledging my presence when I entered. When I asked for assistance in selecting flowers, they seemed annoyed and provided minimal guidance, leaving me to navigate the store on my own.
The flower selection itself was uninspiring. The variety was limited, and the arrangements looked tired and haphazardly put together. It was evident that the flowers were not fresh, as many of them had wilted petals and brown edges. It was disheartening to see such a lack of care and attention to detail in their products.
To make matters worse, the pricing at Unique Flowers & Roses was exorbitant for the quality they offered. I found myself paying a premium for subpar flowers that I could have easily found at a fraction of the cost elsewhere. I was a regular customer of this store, on days when the owner of the store was there, the russian speaking girls acted politely, but today something horrible happened! I had a Spanish-speaking guy helping me to make my bouquet, he was very polite and wanted to help, but he didn't understand English, then I asked a Russian-speaking girl to help me, she insulted me in front of all other people in the store saying she WILL NOT SERVE PEOPLE SHE DOES NOT WANT! Probably, there was a reason, she was chatting with a man, flirting with her, but when I asked to help other Russian speaking colleague that one refused too!!!
