Ms Amy did my hair on Monday..I loved the style of single braids tht she gave her..all the ladies tht work in the shop were friendly...Ms Amy make sure her customers are comfortable...I found My New Hair Braider...Thank u Ms Amy...I will be back!...Cyndy... March 5 2025 I went back & got my hair braided on Dec 29 2024 on a Sunday..Amy wasn't there & I should hve left like I was supposed too But NO Amy had someone else to do it & by Wednesday 5 braids had fell out & as rhe days went on more braids started to fall out ..so I called Amy & told her my braids were falling out & she tells me to come back & her sister will do my hair over & Plus she kl give me a good price...WTF..why would I hve to pay again to get my hair fixed...🤔🤔🤔 I just waited til most of the braids fell off & took tht $150 lost..they will Never do my hair Ever again..Amy should hve called me b4 I got there & told me she wasn't coming in..tht is very unprofessional..but I found another lady the did my hair just right & didn't rip me off..so the new lady will get my money & my...

Upon arrival I contacted the business to ensure they were 24 hours Amy answered and said yes . I arrived Monday 7:30pm for shoulder length box braids.Everything was going well until about 12 am when I had a few braids left . Amy finished up with a customer and began to rush my braider. She became rude and nasty . She came over to me and began to dip my unfinished braids into the hot water straightening the hair which I asked to be curled. When I brought that up to her she began to demand payment saying that she was leaving. Keep in mind my hair is not done yet. Then the woman doing my hair burns me with the hot water . I came in for a full braid style and was really disappointed with how they turned out. My natural hair wasn’t tucked into the braids properly, so the ends were already sticking out and the style looked old before I even left the chair.

The appointment took over 8 hours, which I could’ve handled, but the stylist kept stopping to eat, run errands, and do other things—not just short breaks, but long enough that it dragged everything out. I don’t mind people taking care of themselves, but when you’re paying for a service, you expect the time to be respected and the quality to reflect that.

I didn’t want to argue because I had already been there all day, but overall I left feeling frustrated and unhappy...
