I arrived Monday 7:30pm for shoulder length box braids.Everything was going well until about 12 am when I had a few braids left . Amy finished up with a customer and began to rush my braider. She became rude and nasty . She came over to me and began to dip my unfinished braids into the hot water straightening the hair which I asked to be curled. When I brought that up to her she began to demand payment saying that she was leaving. Keep in mind my hair is not done yet. Then the woman doing my hair burns me with the hot water .    Read moreI came in for a full braid style and was really disappointed with how they turned out. My natural hair wasnât tucked into the braids properly, so the ends were already sticking out and the style looked old before I even left the chair.
The appointment took over 8 hours, which I couldâve handled, but the stylist kept stopping to eat, run errands, and do other thingsânot just short breaks, but long enough that it dragged everything out. I donât mind people taking care of themselves, but when youâre paying for a service, you expect the time to be respected and the quality to reflect that.
I didnât want to argue because I had already been there all day, but overall I left feeling frustrated and unhappy...
