AT&T Store — Local services in New York

This store is a TRICK!! In May of 2023 I entered to make an inquiry about my plan. I was in my work uniform and was offered a first responder plan, which was to lower my current plan. It did a little. Here's the catch they also offered me a free phone, a tablet & a smart watch. After a long discussion I only accepted the watch. Now AT&T please explain to me why I'm being CHARGED FOR THE WATCH!!!😡🤬😡🤬 EVERY MONTH I HAVE TO CALL AT&T OR GO TO THIS STORE TO BE REFUNDED..... Went to the store to buy a charger, hand drawn sign up said store was closed for 30 minutes cause apparently 2 people need to take a break at the same time. Got the charger, it didn't work so I took it back the same day, waited a week for my money to be returned never happened, looked at the receipt and I didn't even see my name as the customer it was someone else's completely. They told me they couldn't do anything for me, they sent a ticket , but after back and forward of me calling my bank and them continuasly saying they never recieved a refund then talking with at&t it was clear that I wasn't getting my $40 back. Wanted to buy a certain htc phone. 3 employees in the store. Only one helping another customer. Other two busy playing with devices. I had to approach them. The younger one very snappy tried to suggest another phone i wasnt interested in. Even though the phone comes with only 2gb of storage space?? Do i look stupid?
