Church of Our Lady of Lourdes — Attraction in New York

Just saw an article in the NY Times about attendance at this church improving with more vaccinations. As a child in the early 50’s, this was my church and grammar school. My family had an apartment at 1580 Amsterdam Ave and I walked the 4 blocks to school. We had a 1936 Plymouth sedan. There were over 40 kids in my classroom.
