First off, let me start out by saying, if you are thinking about getting any audio equipment or tints installed, STOP searching. THIS IS YOUR PLACE RIGHT HERE. Tony and his crew did an amazing job on my Honda Civic. Tinted my windows all around, installed new door speakers, installed 2 amplifiers, installed a new headunit and built a custom dual subwoofer box FOR AN AMAZING PRICE. On top of the great price and great workmanship, they have EXCELLENT customer service. From the moment I brought in my car to the moment it was done, Tony treated me like I was a customer of his for years, answered any and all questions, didn't try to just sell products and services I didn't need and addressed every concern I had with a smile on his face. Customer Service is a true lost art in NYC but this sound shop nails it right on the head. I would truly recommend this shop to any and all people looking to get an amazing and well tuned system put in their car or to get high quality tints....

Never judge a book by its cover! I wanted to have my touchscreen Xtron 14.9 installed in my 2016 BMW340i. I called Best Sound spoke to JT he said he has to look at it first. I drove up the place didn’t look like much. Two car were already in the shop. Good sign I waited for my turn. He gave me agreeable price. For some reason there was a blown fuse. He painstakingly searched for the bad fuse going over every fuse in the entire car front and back. Found it replaced it and continued to install the touchscreen. The job was superbly done. I admired his dedication and expertise in the field. Best Sound Auto will be my go to guys when I want to installed electronics in my car. Next step is the backup camera. Just got my car tinted and it looks fresh. I opted with the ceramic film 20% all around and 35% on the windshield. It doesn't make sense to go with the regular carbon film. The premium ceramic film not only tints your car, but keeps 40% of the heat out. Eddie was the installer and he was great. The owner Tony was very helpful, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I called several shops in New Jersey city, Long Island City and in Brooklyn; Best Auto Sound had very reasonable prices and they were able to see me the quickly.
