It sounded wonderful but it was lacking Chinese sausage. I had three pepperoni sized slices. While it lacked Chinese sausage, I'm glad I love mushrooms because it had tons. My friend had human beef. It had good flavor. Of note has the horrible taste of the water. Not sure if all Sarasota has bad tasting water but it was nasty.
