THE WORST haircut experience I've ever had. The lady who cut my hair was rough and kept pulling my hair, then pushing my head to keep it still. She gave me an uneven cut, complained and disagreed with me when I asked for adjustments that she didn't even follow, then she styled my bangs and left the rest of my hair WET. She refused to dry it because I was paying for "just a $30 cut", she said a it would be $60 to dry my hair. The other lady saw how awkward things got and dried my hair for me before leaving, which revealed how uneven the cut was. My hair looked so dumb....

The workers do a great job straightening the hair, and they did it the way I asked. The products they use work well to straighten any kind of hair. I have natural hair, and it can be a process to detangle. Before coming in I added more conditioner and oils to make it more easier to detangle. I know that they were complaining about my hair in Spanish in a not so good way because the product I had in my hair, and the kinkiness it seems like they don't want to deal with. I called this salon this morning because I had an emergency and needed an immediate wash and blow-dry. They said they could see me ASAP and they did! Once I got there, the service was excellent. I was greeted by two stylists (I wish I caught their names) who both styled my hair. I asked for a wash and blow-dry with a little volume on the tips and they gave me exactly what I asked for. The price was also reasonable too. Great service, and great quality results!...
